Moringa Creamy Smoothie Bowl

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of Moringaga powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 pear, cut into chunks
  • ½ medium cucumber
  • big handful of spinach leaves
  • 2 cups plant-based milk
  • pomegranate seeds, desiccated coconut and blueberries (or your favourite toppings)

Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Add more water or plant-based milk if needed.

Pour into bowls and top with pomegranate seeds, desiccated coconut and blueberries.
